everything about this hotel is perfectly fine. the staff has always been amicable. also, the location is convenient, minutes from window on the plains museum. and it's adjacent to dumas for a funeral, several restaurants, and texas.

The location is comfy and easy, within walking distance of Phillips Park. The breakfast is served in the lobby!

Judy from the front desk went out of her way to ensure I had a quiet room and provided excellent directions to the nearby park where I could enjoy a relaxing stroll after my drive, which added to my weekend getaway experience.

This hotel is a perfect place for a trip in Dumas. The location is exceptionally nice, just a 10-minute walk to Phillips Park. It's in a pretty quiet area not far from Texas and Albert's Restaurant. Suits for one night, can't help but recommend.
